Wellness can work wonders but sometimes it’s not enough; for true serenity you need to pay attention to your soul and spirit too. In our Centre we combine wellness facilities with coaching as well as psychological and spiritual support to offer you a holistic time out.

Hello and Welcome to our Centre

It is my pleasure to share this space with you. After relinquishing the past and going through a lengthy period of inner and outer preparation, I am deeply grateful to be travelling this new path with you to accompany you on your further quest.

The concept for this Programme has evolved out of my strong awareness to provide women from all walks of life, with concrete and practical guidelines, to help them become more adept at handling their lives. Our women target groups are: housewives and mothers; women entrepreneurs and or women dealing with difficult changes in their lives.

A majority of women today are struggling to master life on their own leaving them with little or no time for deep introspection. This situation is undoubtedly due to the multi facetted duties we all have to perform. However, it is essential that as women, we continue to aim at developing and upholding a strong and clear intuition for inner harmony and to infuse our surroundings with love and true wisdom.

When women are happy, content and treat themselves with love, respect and dignity, they become magnificent individuals. They can weather any storm, enjoy successful lives and uplift their surroundings which invariably impact their family lives, relationships and society as a whole.

My team and I are committed to maintaining a natural and peaceful environment for you so that you can find that which is conducive for your inner balance and peace. We welcome you openly with love and respect, irrespective of who you are and what you do.
