We want your time at Awaken Women Retreat Wellness Centre to be wonderful and memorable, This is why we've put together some helpful information. We encourage you to take the time to read this so that you can fully surrender to our Centre's experience. Completely relaxed in the knowledge that you have all the support you need.

From the moment you enter the spa you will be cared for by our attentive team. We are available to give you our undivided individual attention and advice you on how to make the most of your visit and help you make any last minute reservations if required.

Our individual spa treatments combine a modern approach with traditional treatments and holistic therapies. We use unique, health enhancing products and apply special blends of soothing and therapeutic ingredients such as the Himalayan rock Salt, macadamian oil and essential oils.

Because our services exceeds simply providing you with spa facilities, we recommend you prepare your mind before visiting us by deciding to block off 2 to 3 hours free time for yourself.
